Enhancing Engagement at the AIBC Conference

Project Overview

Elkplan was thrilled to be hired for graphic facilitation at the AIBC’s annual conference, themed “Act.”

Purpose

Our goal was to enhance engagement among attendees by creating a collaborative space where they could brainstorm and share ideas. We set up a large board where participants could dive into the question: “How can the architectural community in BC take action?”

Outcomes

During the three-day event, we filled a 4’x8’ board with the fantastic ideas contributed by attendees, showcasing their collaborative spirit and commitment to action within the architectural community.

Impact

Attendees were able to see and build upon the emerging perspectives of their peers in the industry. The vibrant poster created during the conference will be displayed in the AIBC office, serving as an ongoing source of inspiration and discussion around the theme.
